By accessing or using the .NET Core Boilerplate ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Our Service provides a pre-configured .NET Core application framework with built-in features including but not limited to user authentication, content management, and administrative controls.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our Service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Not modify, adapt, or hack the Service
  • Not transmit any worms, viruses, or destructive code

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the .NET Core Boilerplate and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the .NET Core Boilerplate, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
